Phone Triage Nurse (RN) Full-time REMOTE

The Awesome Work You’ll Be Doing:

• Working with dedicated intake care coordinators
• You will be triaging workplace injuries using algorithms combined with your clinical judgment
• Assessing patients via phone for our contact center
• Following nursing guidelines and identifying patient needs
• Appropriately advising patients of the right level of care
• Working remotely from home

What We Need from You:

To be a part of our awesome team, you will need the following:

• Current CA and multi-state compact license. Must be able to obtain any required out-of-state license(s) within 6 months from the date of hire.
• RN experience in Phone Triage, Ambulatory Care, Inpatient (acute care), Clinical Nursing, or Occupational Health for 2 of the last 4 years.
• Must be flexible in scheduling availability
• Ability to navigate between various software systems on a personal computer with an established operating system.
• We love good communication! You must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be a “people-person”— We need you to have awesome customer service skills for our clients.
• We take confidentiality seriously for our clients.
• Experience with MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) and Zoom (or Skype)
• Ability to type 45 w.p.m.
• Training will be during the day shift during the week.
• Full-time hours alternating weekends:

Week 1: Sunday 7:30 am-6:00 pm; Mon, Thursday, Friday 8:00 am-6:30 pm OFF Tue/Wed/Sat AND Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed 8:00 am-6:30 pm; Saturday 7:30 am-6:00 pm OFF Sun/Thur/Fri

• Remote candidates must reside in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, TN, or WI
