About the Role:
The Residential Loan Processing Director will be responsible for managing the residential loan processing function, ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of mortgage processors.
- Manage the pipeline of residential mortgage loan files from submission to closing.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, closers, and other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Proven knowledge of all loan types: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, etc.
- Strong understanding of mortgage compliance, TRID, RESPA, and other regulatory requirements.
