Key Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders while maintaining accuracy in the inventory management system.
- Ensure on-time and complete delivery of all customer orders.
- Accurately enter and maintain transaction data within the company’s ERP system (preferably NetSuite).
- Manage customer service inquiries, providing prompt and professional support.
- Assist in maintaining and improving supply chain operations and data integrity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Prior experience in life sciences or a regulated industry is a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
