The Role
CompanyCam is hiring a Data Scientist Intern to join our Data Analytics team for the Summer 2025 session (May 20, 2025 - August 22, 2025)! As a Data Scientist Intern, you'll get hands-on experience working with real-world data to develop insights and predictive models that impact our business and customers. If you enjoy using analytics tools to solve real-world problems, then this role is for you!
Location : Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding metro area. Employees are expected to work in our HQ office in the Haymarket.
What You'll Do
- Develop machine learning models and statistical analyses to support business and product initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven questions and hypotheses.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and related tools.
- Assist with A / B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Explore new data science techniques and tools to improve our analytical capabilities.

This is an hourly position at CompanyCam. Our starting hourly wage is $19 / hour and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
