Salary and Benefits
The typical training salary for this role is between $55k - $65k. Job Description
This is a combination of in-office and field sales role, requiring a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. Success in this position will require you to build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
This role has in-office requirements, and we encourage candidates who enjoy helping people in their communities stay safe and secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
