We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team in our Warrenville, IL office. This role requires building and leveraging strong local networks and in-person relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust local network and in-person relationships within the community.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, build, and grow customer base and leads.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements:
- A state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life, or willingness to earn one with provided training and support.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts quickly.
