- Build and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.

Requirements:
- A state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life, or willingness to obtain one with training and support.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base.
