Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team in our Katy office. Success in this role requires a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This position involves a combination of in-office and field sales.
Salary
The typical training salary for this role is between $55k - $65k.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty and Life
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base
