Description
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the agency’s production goals through the execution of marketing and partnership initiatives to help agents build, grow and maintain their book of business. Closely collaborates with the Regional General Manager and regional leadership team to employ marketing strategies to drive business results. Leads sales support team to execute regional sales support strategy, including executing operational activities (ex: agent onboarding, telephony support) and marketing activities (ex: lead distribution, marketing materials) to enable agents to grow their book of business.
Oversee the sales support team in the management and execution of operational sales activities including agent onboarding, marketing material production, regional meeting coordination and support, digital sales tools utilization and management of referral sources and relationships. Coach, develop and motivate associates in delivering on objectives.
Create and execute strategies to support the region by providing tools, resources, and communication to increase community marketing, digital presence and sales activity.
Enables national campaigns at the regional level and works to develop emerging marketing opportunities, sales collateral and advertising.
Support national marketing and affinity initiatives, including reviewing and approving submissions for the CAP program and regional referral programs.
Drive all technology-based marketing and sales support for the region, developing digital and social branding strategies.
Support regional lead generation activities, pilots, and initiatives through partnerships with stakeholders and effective utilization of tools and technology.
Assist region’s agency managers in coaching agents and associates towards maximizing lead gen opportunities through the utilization of creative marketing and networking resources, including regular engagement with multiple social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education, preparation and training) plus at least 2 years of demonstrated success in Property & Casualty insurance sales.
- Proven ability in growing a territory as measured by sales and persistency of business.
- Knowledge of property and casualty products and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for relationship building, presentations, and ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Overnight and day travel required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
