Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision of Behavior Technicians
- Parent Training/Family Guidance
- Conduct Assessments
- Treatment Planning
- Regular meetings with the Clinical Director
- Monthly professional development meetings with the CEO
- Attend trainings/CEU events
- Room for career growth and development
- Training Curricula Development
- Deliver Continuing Education/Training
- Attend Trade Shows/Conferences
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold BCBA Certification and maintain good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proficiency with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude
- Background supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
- Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services
- Eagerness to learn
