Behavioral Health - Residential, PHP and IOP

Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be continuing their support for an established and respected behavioral health provider in search for a Psychiatrist for their facilities in Seattle, WA.

You would be joining an organization who don't just provide exceptional patient care but also provide the tools and support for their families, loved ones and care givers.

The successful Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients within both residential and outpatient facilities and would be expected to function as a key member of the MDT.

You will report directly into the Medical Director.

The Psychiatrist will mostly focused on adult patients and will have a minimum caseload of 4 within the residential facility.

This position is for 0.8 FTE (4 days a week).

Criteria

• You must be licensed as an MD or DO and possess a medical license in the state of Washington (WA). If relocating, you must be prepared to apply for a medical license within the state.
• BC/BE in Psychiatry is essential
• You must have experience within either inpatient or residential behavioral health.
• It is essential to provide excellent communication skills

Compensation

Salary is between $250,000-$370,000 FTE ($200,000-$296,000 for 0.8 FTE).
