What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Student (ABA Behavior Technician) position at Compass Behavioral Group?
Compass Behavioral Group is seeking BCBA students who are looking to grow professionally and clinically into well-rounded and in-demand BCBAs within a well-established organization. BCBA students in our ABA program have numerous opportunities in the home and clinic settings to accrue both restricted and unrestricted hours.

As a BCBA Student in our program, you will:
-Provide home- and clinic-based ABA services to children and adolescents.
-Support client’s caregivers through a variety of evidence-based methods.
-Participate in trainings and clinical supervision that focus on a holistic approach integrating ABA with other effective evidence-based therapeutic strategies.
-Participate in meaningful projects, presentations, and clinical activities that will prepare you to practice confidently as a BCBA.
-Receive extensive support to help you prepare for and pass your BCBA exam.
-Utilize videotaping as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training that fosters continued growth.
-Receive a company-issued iPad with an easy-to-use data collection app that links directly to an intuitive documentation system.
-Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client’s treatment plans.
-Receive competitive reimbursement including reimbursement for indirect activities such as documentation, drive time, and supervision as well as mileage, cell phone, and therapeutic supplies reimbursement.
Education, Experience & Other Requirements:
Required: Currently enrolled/pending enrollment in a master’s program, completed BACB-approved master’s program, or currently enrolled in BACB-approved coursework.
Required: Driver's license and 3 years of licensed driving experience
