Your primary responsibilities will include developing effective systems, understanding clinic procedures, analyzing and assessing clinic needs, and attending to the basic needs of the clinic.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop effective and efficient systems for managing clinic operations
- Understand all clinic procedures and protocols to provide guidance to clinicians
- Analyze and assess clinic needs to identify areas for improvement
- Attend to the basic needs of the clinic, including scheduling, cleaning, and managing supplies
**Requirements:**
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire)
- Master's degree in a related field
- Driver's license with 3 years of driving experience
