• Your Role as a BCBA at Compass :

As a Compass BCBA, you will :

• Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients,
• allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.
• Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.

• Requirements :
• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
