- Your Role as a BCBA at Compass :

- Requirements :
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
