Your Role as a BCBA at Compass :
As a Compass BCBA, you will work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, using evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement.
You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally.
