Your Role as a BCBA at Compass:
As a Compass BCBA, you will:
- Develop effective and efficient systems, understand all clinic procedures, analyze and assess clinic needs, and attend to the basic needs of the clinic (scheduling, cleaning up, managing supplies, etc…).
- Understand client protocols to provide guidance to clinicians, occasional 1:1 work with clients, ensure resource development, and facilitate client and parent training groups.
- Ensure the continued development of clinicians by providing individualized feedback and providing trainings and competency checks to clinicians.
- Work with a small caseload, supervising 1-2 clinicians, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.

Requirements:
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience.
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
