Children's Case Manager
Status : Full-time
Qualifications :
BA / BS degree with an emphasis in Mental Health / Human Services OR Equivalent experience
- Current and Valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Employee must successfully complete Case Management Certification as stipulated by the State of Kansas.
- CPST Provider shall possess demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to work with SED children / adolescents / families and the ability to respond effectively in a wide variety of human service situations
Work Location : Garden City
The primary function of the child CPST Provider is to provide goal directed supports and solution focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the consumer's individualized treatment plan. CPST (Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment) is a face to face intervention with the consumer present; however, family or other collaterals may also be involved. These services are provided in agency, school, home and other community settings. The CPST Provider will understand that Community Based Services programming is constantly changing and will embrace flexibility and openness to change. The CPST provider is responsible administratively to the CBS Program Supervisor.
