Compass Care, LLC, a private concierge home care provider, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager with an additional focus on client relations. This field-based role requires local travel within our service areas, and when not in the field doing business development, work is done from our Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be a creative, forward-thinking team player. This position includes networking with referral sources and other healthcare professionals and is also client-facing. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote Compass Care's unique services.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business growth goals.
- Email and social media campaigns.
- Organize public speaking events and presentations.
