Salary: $ 80,000 - $100,000

Incentive Compensation: Annual Performance Bonus based upon mutually agreed upon metrics that have the potential to be up to 20% of base salary.

Job Overview:

CompassCare is seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented professional to lead strategic partnership development and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and expand CompassCare’s brand visibility. This key role is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, executing marketing strategies, and positioning CompassCare as the premier provider of concierge non-medical homecare in the tri-state area.

This is a performance-driven role, with success measured by referral growth, increased brand awareness, and successful execution of marketing campaigns and events.

Working Environment:

Travels throughout CompassCare territories including New York City, Westchester County, Lower Fairfield County, CT, with some time spent at CompassCare home office in Stamford, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual territory plans aligned with sales and growth objectives.
  • Identify, cultivate, and prioritize strategic partnerships and new business opportunities with healthcare providers and other qualified referral sources.
  • Design and implement networking strategy that enhance company awareness and drive revenue and achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and document daily sales activities, weekly meetings, and networking engagements.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on referral growth and marketing outcomes.
  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns to strengthen CompassCare’s presence in the community.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitive landscape, sharing insights with the leadership team.
  • Meets or exceed quarterly and annual growth and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and contacts in CRM software.
  • Organize and execute events, webinars, and in-person networking functions.
  • Develop marketing materials and support other branding efforts.
  • Attend and represent CompassCare at relevant industry and homecare events across tri state area.
  • Consistently uphold CompassCare’s Mission, Values, and ethical standards, including HIPPA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership role - preferably in homecare, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns and organizing successful events
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time and territory management; professional demeanor and service mindset
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a results-oriented and problem-solving approach
  • Team player who promotes collaboration and a positive work culture
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
