Hiring BCBA Therapists! We are expanding to the San Mateo region! Pay DOE up to $60 per billable hour. Plus paid drive time, mileage, 401K and more for those eligible!
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques
- Ability to design and supervise ABA programs for clients
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in ABA therapy
Job details:
- Providing Clinical Direction: Conducting client assessments, writing individualized behavior intervention plans, and offering expert guidance to the Case Managers and RBTs.
- Develop Individualized Plans
- Supervision: Ensuring RBTs and Case Manager receive appropriate supervision as outlined by insurance funder, the BACB board and clinical recommendation. The BCBA also provides mentoring, thus maintaining the highest standards of care.

*Note: The prime time hours are typically Monday through Friday between 12 pm to 7pm (flexibility is required). If you have late afternoon availability it is a PLUS! This is a part time position with the opportunity to grow your case load to full time. Candidates within a 30-mile radius are preferred for this position. Compensation for commuting between clients or from the office will be provided.
