Position: Community Integration Specialist Pay DOE. Plus paid drive time, mileage, and more for those eligible! 401K offered after 3 months.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma, AA or RBT Certifications. At least two years of experience in a social service or related field
- Pass a Background Check
- Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and car insurance
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Candidates must display compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
- The position requires lifting, carrying,frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess, and interact with clients.
Job Description:
The role of the Community Integration Specialist is to provide support and education to people with mental illness while networking to community based supports and participating in client treatment plans. Responsibilities include developing client centered treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives, meeting with clients, monitoring progress of clients, understanding and abiding by Compass Center Inc.s guidelines as well as client confidentiality requirements and standards. Essential duties of the CIS are coordinating services and community supports,. Driving will be required in this position. Hours will vary based on client and program needs.
