High School (9-12) Classroom Teacher
2025-26 School Year
Compass Community Schools is seeking experienced high school classroom teachers at our Midtown campus for the 2025-2026 school year.
High School Teacher Pay & Perks:
- Intentionally small school setting – less than 400 students in total

High School Teacher Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree
- PREFERRED: valid Tennessee teaching license
- ENCOURAGED: Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
