Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, specifications, and procurement schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and project feasibility while maintaining design intent and quality standards.
- Lead and manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing clear direction, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders by providing regular progress updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating meetings.
- Monitor and control project budgets by tracking expenditures, managing change orders, and approving invoices to ensure financial accountability and cost efficiency.
- Conduct routine site inspections to enforce quality control measures, assess workmanship, and address any construction-related issues promptly.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
- Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and client walkthroughs, ensuring all deliverables are completed and the facility is ready for occupancy.
