As a Clinical Supervisor in our ABA program, you'll be part of a supportive and responsive company culture committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with challenging behaviors and their families. You will join a collaborative leadership team focused on offering stability and hope to clients while developing your own leadership skills for career advancement. In this role, you'll grow as a behavior analyst while mentoring a dedicated team of behavior support clinicians, helping them build their professional skills under your guidance. Additionally, you'll contribute to the field of behavior analysis by supervising clinicians, those working toward their BCBA/BCaBA certification, and RBT's.

- Compensation: $76,000 - $100,000

- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCaBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving history and good driving record
- 1 year supervisory experience preferred
