What will you be doing?
In this role, you will provide adminstrative support, collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to a positive experience for both associates, guests, and homeowners.
What are we looking for?Â
- Prior adminsitrative experience required.
- Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to anticipate associate/guest needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask.
- Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision making skills.
- Activator/self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Support and coordinate recruiting efforts, including completing onboarding and orientation.
- Explain company policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing associates.
- Follow-up with new hires to ensure successful training and high satisfaction to support retention.
- Track orientation and training progress; report status to the General Manager and Resort Manager.
- Maintain an open-door policy; address associate concerns and refer issues to the appropriate manager.
- Manage associate benefits enrollment and coordinate annual open enrollment.
- Coordinate Associate Engagement Survey participation and maintain secure associate records; submit required documents to payroll.
- Assist the Director of Homeowner Services with complaints, owner onboarding, VIP arrivals, and overall homeowner relations.
- Coordinate unit readiness by assisting with appliance orders, contractor scheduling, and work order management.
- Handle homeowner billing and support monthly and annual financial close-outs.
- Serve as a liaison between homeowners, accounting, and property management to ensure exceptional service.
- Other duties as assigned.
USD $16.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
Salary : $16 - $18
