We are looking for an enthusiastic guest services staff to provide an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks at concessions
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Sell attraction packages and assist guests with ticketing
- Restock and replenish supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Skills
- Proven working experience in guest services
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep organized, stocked and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
