Job Summary
PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES
$24.57/HR, UNION POSITION.
In addition to the initial job duties of a Catering team member
- Reports to Catering Management
- Assure all BEOs for building drops/events have been read, completely set, and executed
- Assists in training and guiding new hires on job duties, proper food safety, sanitation procedures, and food presentation
- Setup, clean, and organize catering spaces on non-event days
- Assists in keeping catering storage spaces clean and organize
- Assists any team members with their events/rooms however business needs see fit
