Job Summary
Lead the culinary vision at Noblesville Event Center! As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, menu innovation, and staff development. You will maintain cost efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team
