Are you a dynamic leader passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences. Join our team as a General Manager in Gulf Coast, FL, where you’ll play a key role in providing world-class dining services that fuel performance, and wellness.
As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail and dining program, ensuring superior food quality, outstanding service, and a seamless experience for guests. You’ll manage a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders to create a dining environment that supports the unique needs of a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial performance, including P&L management and budgeting, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, team development, performance management, and progressive counseling.
- Develop and maintain schedules, payroll processes, and comprehensive training programs to support staff growth and success.
- Collaborate with the Chef and culinary team to design menus that promote nutrition, performance, and enjoyment.
- Roll out innovative culinary programs in partnership with the company’s marketing and culinary teams to enhance the dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in foodservice operations, hospitality, or culinary management.
- A BS in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in high-volume production and catering, with a focus on delivering excellence.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating positive customer experiences.
- A desire to innovate and grow with a top-tier foodservice organization.
