TITLE: On-Deck Summer Internship - Beverage
LOCATION: Levy Home Office - 980 N. Michigan Ave Chicago, IL
TIME FRAME: June 2025 - August 2025

Position Summary: Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levy’s unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews of data input into Birchstreet to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop KPIs to measure and track data quality over time.
- Establish benchmarks for data accuracy in beverage.
- Provide regular reports on data accuracy and cost improvements to the beverage team.
- Identify areas of inefficiencies or inaccuracies in costing calculations.
- Collaborate with assigned locations to rectify data discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze data to create a cost structure for beverage recipes. Example: what is the ideal cost and price by beverage categories based on volume.
- Identify opportunities in integrated Birchstreet locations for streamlining SKUs and inventory reduction.
