Job Summary

As part of our culinary leadership team, you'll play a key role in crafting elevated dishes that reflect the sophistication of our lounge. We are seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and maintaining budget oversight for the lounge's culinary operations.
- Support menu planning and creation, ensuring dishes meet the high standards expected by our elite clientele.
- Lead the execution of catering events, ensuring top-notch service and presentation.
- Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams.
- Supervise hourly kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to preparation, sanitation, and presentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certificate and experience.
- Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in high-volume, fine-dining environments.
- Catering experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food trends with a focus on quality, production, food safety, and cost controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet applications.
- ServSafe certified - highly desirable.
