Job Summary
Summary: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the warehouse.
- Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure that productivity targets are met.
- Trains staff, monitors their performance and progress.
- Communicates with other departments, staff groups and internal customers.
- Oversees stock control and processing orders.
- Ensures that quality, accurate delivery and budget objectives are met.
- Responds and deals with internal customer communication in the most effective way available.
- Keeps stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Produces regular reports and statistics as needed.
- Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
- Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
