About the Job:
The Bar and Beverage Associate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This includes setting up assigned bars, requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in bartending, mixology, or related fields highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Familiarity with liquor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high levels of productivity in fast-paced environments.
