Key Responsibilities
- Serve Guests with Excellence: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, take orders, and serve drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards, keep work area clean and organized, and arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for detecting and acting upon guest inebriation as trained, demonstrating knowledge of liquor laws, and receiving cash from guests, making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, and ensuring vouchers are properly executed.
