We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Compass Group, North America.
About the Job
The Dining Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, keeping equipment and utensils clean and orderly. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Wash and sanitize all equipment and utensils
- Remove trash and recyclables and place them in designated containers
- Assist with banquet table setup and front of the house preparation
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
