Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of up to 35 frontline associates.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate and maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and associates to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
- Foodservice Experience: Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
- Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends is preferred.
- P&L Accountability: Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer skills is required.
