Job Summary
As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple dining accounts for Colleges and Universities, managing a volume of $30 million. Preferred candidates will ideally reside in Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina to facilitate effective regional management. This role requires frequent travel, so easy access to a major airport is ideal. You will lead a team of Resident District Managers and Directors of Dining Services, focusing on exceptional client relations and ensuring superior food quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial performance to maintain account profitability.
- Ensure the consistent and fair application of personnel policies.
- Lead regional planning, budgeting, and reporting efforts.
- Support sales initiatives to drive regional growth.
