Kitchen Operations Support
We seek a dedicated individual to assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train, and direct kitchen staff to meet operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective food preparation and creative presentation.
- Support all phases of planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation.
- Assist with cost control and expenditure management for the account.
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.
Requirements
We require:
- A degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant culinary experience.
- Proficiency in various kitchen roles and stations.
- The ability to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality service in dynamic situations.
- A strong understanding of food costs and product quality.
- Familiarity with current culinary trends and creative food presentation (preferred).
