Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Operating large electric machines such as dishwashers and sanitizers
- Sweeping and mopping floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation machines and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
