- Taking patient menu selections prior to each meal.
- Assembling trays according to patients' menu selections on tray tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Interacting with nursing staff to ensure patients' diet prescriptions are accurate and patients' food needs are met.
- Retrieving trays from patients' rooms.
