About the Role :
As the Food Service Director, you'll be at the lead a dynamic team, driving excellence in service. Your leadership will not only shape the dining experience but also contribute to the vibrant campus community. Here's what you'll be doing :

Lead with Vision : Direct daily operations with a focus on equipping employees with the resources and support needed to excel, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :
- BS degree preferred
- Five years of foodservice management experience required
- Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary Range : 100,000-110,000
Starting Rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to : location, education, training, and / or experience
