About the Job
We are hiring a Food Service Worker/Cashier to join our team at Glen Rose School District.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food service, but we are willing to train the right person. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.00 and a variety of benefits, including retirement plan, associate shopping program, and health and wellness programs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties, including general food service work.
- Maintain sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining room facilities.
- Prepare food ingredients, carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations.
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Perform sales transactions, make change, and issue receipts.
