We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bar Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up assigned bars, requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
You will also be responsible for maintaining stock, preparing, curing, and storing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality, and performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during your shift.
