Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Liquor Server to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and deliver all needed food and beverage items from storerooms and kitchen areas.
- Set up bottles on the bar, ensuring that 'top shelf' liquor is stored on the back shelf.
- Monitor and maintain beer taps to ensure proper function.
- Restock supplies, such as snacks and napkins, throughout the shift.
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
- Buss tables in the bar area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas, including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors.
- Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
