A successful Regional Dining Operations Manager is critical to the success of our business dining accounts. This role requires a leader who can develop and implement operations plans and systems to meet contractual obligations.
The Regional Dining Operations Manager will be responsible for managing cost controls and expenditures, acting as a regional leader who models competencies and behaviors that support company values, planning and creating menus, and developing strategies for improving customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or comparable four-year culinary development experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, multi-unit experience preferred. Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management, and coaching skills.
