Job Summary

Manage and coordinate all aspects of hardware, software, and audio-visual resources for the AT&T EECC. Manage support staff and vendor relationships. Establish and maintain a productive working partnership with UT IT staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the internal network, consisting of a Windows 2016 Active Directory infrastructure with Cisco hardware.

Manage Microsoft suit of products including defender and Intune portals.

Manage Cisco Call Manager phone switch, Cisco Unity voice mail system, Percipia Networks phone interface, and ISI Call Management.

Administer issuing telephones, computer, and related hardware.

Timely completion of projects for the hotel.

Diagnose and correct system problems; including user errors, configuration errors, and bugs. Work with vendors to resolve issues and plan configuration changes while minimizing system downtime.

Diagnose and repair hardware; including printers, computers, terminals, network switches and telecom devices.

Evaluate and recommend new hardware / software systems needs.

Assist end-users with all computer and telecom system related queries for both administrative staff as well as hotel guests.

Coordinate all special client requests for meetings and events.

Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain hardware / software.

Ensure all aspects of PCI Compliance are met to the standards set forth by Compass Group North America.

Maintain a five year budget for any Technology needs in the hotel.

Comply with all FLIK / Compass safety and health policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Management experience

Active Directory and Group Policy Management and AzureAD

Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Exchange Online

Cisco Products

FortiGate Products including switches and Firewall

VMWare Servers

Network Cabling Standards

General Understanding Required :

Hotel Property Management Systems

Hotel Sales and Catering Systems

Restaurant Point of Sale Systems

Audio Video Technologies in a Conference Center environment

Remote access technologies - VPN implementation
