Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations and accommodating special requests.
- Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests are met.
- Celebrate diversity and promote sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
- Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information directly to supervisor.
- Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, and coffee machines.
