We are hiring immediately for a Workflow Coordinator position.

Location : Canteen - 2400 Yorkmont Rd., Charlotte, NC 28217. Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm, and one weekend per month. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Relevant experience is preferred.

Salary : $47,000 - $50,000, FIP and monthly incentive eligible

Job Summary

Workflow Coordinator position for our Canteen Customer Service Dept based at of our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

The Workflow Coordinator will be responsible for handling several Outlook mailboxes and routing incoming work to the appropriate leads. This position requires accuracy and paying attention to details, the ability to prioritize and is deadline and quality driven. This role is responsible for adhering to department established processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage several Outlook mailboxes

Analyze emails and determine the appropriate resource to handle the request

Code, track and route incoming emails / tasks to the appropriate leads for completion

Manage our Incoming Web Inquiries

Handle large portion of our Incoming Refund Requests

Answer our 1-800-Canteen Customer line and route incoming customer requests

Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications : Associates Degree

3 years administrative / customer service experience

Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of incoming emails to route

Excellent Communication and Verbal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy are a must

Ability to prioritize tasks, projects and workflow data

Proficiency in Outlook and Excel a must

Ability to work alternate weekends to send out urgent Web Emails from our clients (approx. 45 mins each day Saturday and Sunday)
