The Creative Content Manager will work on a team led by the Sr. Creative Content Manager and will play a key role in driving the development, implementation, and adoption of digital learning programs with a focus on Corporate Associate Digital Certification.The Creative Content Manager conceives, researches, writes, and project manages engaging, effective, and entertaining learning programs focused on raising Compass associates’ knowledge and understanding of relevant digital concepts and solutions. This person may also work on projects to create learning resources for digital products including mobile ordering apps, kiosks, POS solutions, credit card readers and more.A successful Creative Content Manager will collaborate with team members at all levels, will self-direct with a focus on achieving results, will embrace change, and will remain adaptable.The Creative Content Manager will be expected to drive training programs from conception through adoption by collaborating with Digital Learning team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts. This person must learn and stay on the cutting edge of adult-learning best practices and must constantly seek to innovate.This role requires analytical abilities, project management skills and must manage time efficiently. The successful candidate must be open to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
