Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food production and presentation.Serve as department head during the Executive Chef's absence.Maintain HACCP guidelines for safe and sanitary food practices.Assist in menu development, inventory management, and food cost controls.Train and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations. Preferred Qualifications : A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate, with 3-5 years of culinary experience.2-5 years of kitchen management experience.Catering experience and knowledge of current food trends.Familiarity with batch cooking and large-volume food production.ServSafe Certification.
